 Description
 Oversized poncho.
 Uses a waterproof / water repellent 3-layer material. The outer material is ripstop for Black and peach brushed for Orange.
 An ID pocket using PVC and a reflector (3M) is attached to the left sleeve.
 The adjuster tape is crossed and placed on the hood. PVC is used for the brim of the hood.
 A shoulder strap is included so that you can carry it on your back when not wearing it (Orange⇒NeonOrange, Black⇒LimeGreen). The shoulder strap can be attached to both the outside and inside.
